Charcuterie Sibilia is a pork butcher's shop and delicatessen, and leading catering professionals believe it is one of the best in Lyon. Apart from the great quality of its products, the personality of Colette (aka Coco) also has a lot to do with it: her kindness and knowledge of the art of gastronomy have made her a true "Mère Lyonnaise" (Mother of Lyon). Such qualities explain why so many "bouchons" in Lyon are still serving the pork products produced in the Monts du Lyonnais, Ardèche, Beaujolais, Bresse, Loire and Savoie areas as part of their menus.
